• click on join

• give unique mail id which in not used before in gitub

  

  • create a strong password.

    click on continue

  • Give unique username

  • 

    optional

  • 

    click on continue

  • verify the capcha

    

    • Enter the code/pin that you receive to your given mail id. (for verification)

    • check mail (I used Google mail id here)

    • 

      

      After entering code, (verification is done, your GitHub Account gets created.)

    • 

Congratulation Your GitHub Account Created.
